Great store. Jordan is, without a doubt, a great manager. I recently had my mom switch over to my plan. I tried desperately to activate her new phone and trade in the old from T-mobile. No one would help me properly. They kept telling me I had to pay off her contract first and THEN they would reimburse. That's NOT true. They pay the final bill for you. After non stop frustrating calls and online chats between agents who barely spoke English, I finally found time to storm into an actual store. Immediately, Jordan knew exactly what we needed to do and despite another phone agent messing up and not helping him properly, he did what no one else could help me with and I didn't pay a dime. Thank you, Jordan! You deserve a bonus for helping beyond my initial anger after storming in - with patience and understanding. I'll definitely be coming back to pay off my phone early in a month or so and upgrade through you.
